The Tulare Sci-Fi Con's Film Festival is seeking and encourages submissions in the following categories: (1) Animation/CGI, (2) Horror/Suspense and (3) Sci-Fi/Fantasy. Submissions will be viewed by our panel of judges and the top picks in each category will be shown during the convention.  Please see our programming schedule for details on specific showings. SPECIAL: Each Film maker/submitter is authorized 1 FREE convention entry badge with the submission of a film. Film Festival awards will be awarded on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 4:00 pm. .
