Hunt, Jimmy |
Jimmy Hunt was born on December
4, 1939 in Los Angeles, California. He was seven
years old when he was selected by an MGM talent
scout to play Van Johnson as a child in High
Barbaree (1947). From that point onward, the
freckle-faced Hunt remained in great demand as a
general-purpose juvenile. He went on to play Evelyn
Keyes' foster child (and plot motivator) in The
Mating of Millie (1947), the "mean widdle kid"
Junior in Red Skelton's Fuller Brush Man (1948), and
Ronald Reagan's son in Louisa (1950). At 20th
Century-Fox, he appeared as William Gilbreth, one of
the twelve offspring of efficiency expert Frank
Gilbreth (Clifton Webb) in Cheaper by the Dozen
(1950); two years later, he played another member of
the Gilberth clan in the Dozen sequel Belles on
the Toes (1952). It wasn't until his 38th film that
he played his most famous role as wideeyed David
Maclean in the sci-fi thriller Invaders from Mars
(1953). At fourteen, Hunt decided that he didn't
want to pursue an acting career any more. After
college, he worked in military intelligence in
Germany; more recently, he was an industrial tool
and dye salesman in the San Fernando Valley. At the
request of director Tobe Hooper, Jimmy Hunt made one
last, nostalgic fling at acting, playing the role
of the police chief in the 1986 remake of Invaders
from Mars.

Lightner, Greg |
Greg Lightner was born in
Germany as a military brat. He came to the United
States at the age of two and has lived in many
states, as his father was relocated with the U.S.
Air Force. His love of makeup stems from his
early encounters with horror magazines that his
stepfather would collect, and the amazement that
artist could make someone who was alive and human,
into something that looked dead, demonic or
otherworldly. This fascination, along with his
tumultuous youth filled with instability and often
abuse, caused Greg to create imaginary worlds and
creatures, which came into fruition with the help of
his sister’s beauty makeup kit. Greg began his
professional makeup career doing theatrical makeup
and prosthetics, leading to become the supervisor of
the makeup department at a Pennsylvania amusement’s
park’s annual haunted attraction.
He
appeared on syfy's FaceOff and has worked on Jug
Face (2013), Corpsing (2013) and Hansel & Gretel.

The Sword Experience
NOTE:
02/22/2017 Adrian Paul will still
be at the Convention on Saturday, signing.
Only "The Sword Experience is cancelled.
FROM ADRIAN PAUL
I writing to inform you that we are
probably closing the Sword experience event by the
end of the week at the Tulare Con due to very little
interest. This is the first time this has happened
event after 20 events even there were social media
posts and paid adverting pushes. Currently, there
are 4 people signed up and that is not enough to
hold an event that would be worth the time and
effort. We will return their money once we close the
event.
